2. Return Conditions

  • The product must remain in its original sealed packaging.

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return.

3. Mandatory Proof of Claim

  • To protect both the customer and the brand, an unboxing video is strictly required for all claims.

  • This video must clearly show the unopened package, the shipping label, and the discovery of any defect or missing items.

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video will be denied.

4. Fees and Charges

  • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not due to manufacturer defects (e.g., change of mind).

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
